Brad Fleisher
Principal, Focus, LLC
Brad Fleisher, a FOCUS Principal, is an experienced entrepreneur
and attorney with over ten years corporate and business development
experience in finance, healthcare, consumer technology and radio
broadcast companies. Mr. Fleisher, whose expertise includes cross-border
European transactions, provides M&A, corporate finance and business
development advisory services.
Prior to joining FOCUS, Mr. Fleisher
founded and served as President of Adlego Solutions, a healthcare
consulting firm offering HIPAA regulatory compliance to healthcare
providers. Mr. Fleisher also served as Director of Product Development
at PromiseMark, Inc., a venture funded, technology company that
developed and marketed insurance-backed computer, data and Internet
security service plans. At PromiseMark, Mr. Fleisher developed the
company’s top revenue-generating product and initiated and
closed 19 strategic partnership transactions, including OEM, software
license, technology transfer, website content and insurance contractual
liability policies.
Previously, Mr. Fleisher served as Senior
Associate, New Product Development, for Stone Street Capital, a
specialty finance company where he was responsible for the purchase
of assets and cash flows from estates in probate, trusts and various
contractual financing instruments.
From 1994 through 1998, Mr. Fleisher
was In-house Counsel for Eastbrokers International (Nasdaq: EAST),
a Central European Investment Bank. He also co-founded and served
as Executive Vice President of Spectrum Europe, an Eastbrokers spin-off
that invested in radio stations located in Western and Central Europe.
In these positions, Mr. Fleisher participated in a $13 million IPO,
served as coordinating counsel for a $25 million international merger
transaction and raised development stage capital from an emerging
markets investment fund for radio property acquisitions.
Mr. Fleisher has a B.A. from Tulane
University, a J.D. from the University of Florida and is working
toward an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.
