Higginbotham, Senior Associate, joined The Business Growth Alliance,
LLC. in December 2005. Prior to joining the Business Growth Alliance,
Rob was a Human Resource Manager with BISYS Insurance Services,
the nation's leading independent life insurance brokerage company,
where he was involved in all aspects of Human Resources including
Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and integrating offices and
personnel after acquisitions. Previously he worked in the recruiting
field and held various financial analyst and marketing positions
at H.J. Heinz and PNC Bank. Rob has holds a BA in International
Economics from Bethany College and an MBA from Duquesne University.
