William O. Inman

William O. Inman, a FOCUS Partner, has twenty-six years of experience
in the merger, acquisition and capital raise advisory business.
He has represented some of America’s most prominent family
owned businesses ranging in value from $10 Million to $400 Million.
He has initiated, negotiated and closed hundreds of transactions
with a combined value in excess of $5 Billion.
Mr. Inman has served hundreds of clients
in the soft drink bottling business in addition to having served
clients in the retail, wholesale, medical device, distribution,
manufacturing, software, food service, logistics, and personal service
industries.
For ten years prior to joining FOCUS,
Mr. Inman was Chairman of The Inman Company, a merchant banking
firm he founded in 1995. From 1972 to 1979, Mr. Inman was associated
with the Georgia CPA firm of Moore, Stephens & Tiller, LLC.
and from 1979-1996 he served as a Principal and CEO of The Shircliff
Group, a boutique firm serving the soft drink beverage industry.
Mr. Inman has served on the Board of
Directors of several companies and is active in numerous philanthropic
activities. He has lectured to professional, academic and executive
groups on the subjects of mergers, acquisitions, taxation and growing
shareholder value. He has been featured in The Florida Times Union
and his articles have been published in Florida CEO He is a former
member and Speaker for The Executive Committee (TEC), an international
organization for CEO’s.
A native of Brunswick, Georgia, Mr.
Inman attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and received
a BBA in Accounting from Georgia State University in 1972.
