Mike Anthony
Founding Partner and Chief Technology Officer, IQity Solutions, LLC

Mike Anthony is a founding partner of IQity Solutions, LLC and serves as the Chief Technology Officer.  Over the course of more than 17 years, Mike has assisted many Fortune 1000 companies to increase their competitiveness and market value while serving as the Operations Improvement & Information Technology Principal at Crossroads Solutions Group, and as a Vice President & West Coast Regional Manager at USC Consulting Group. 

Mike has served as chief executive officer, assisted with multiple corporate turnarounds, headed private equity investment due diligence, and designed post merger and acquisition roll-up strategies.  His expertise includes conducting financial and operational analyses, determining business performance improvement potential, assessing information technology compatibility with business requirements and providing options for improving technology utilization and return of related investments. Mike has also delivered thought leadership on a range of operations and technology improvement topics through public speaking presentations to the Turnaround Management Association of California and the CFO Magazine Annual Conference among others. 

Mike is a certified lean six sigma master black belt and a summa cum laude graduate of Colorado Technical University with a degree in software engineering.  Mike also holds certifications in ISO 9000 quality systems assessment, APICS production and inventory management, UNIX network administration, object oriented design, and software engineering processes and applications.  Mike is an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Marine Corps where his duties required a top secret security clearance.
