Manning J. “Jim” O’Connor II

Manning J. “Jim” O’Connor II, is the Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors of Business Growth Alliance, LLC. Since the founding of BGA in 2005, Mr. O’Connor has been instrumental in its organization and development. He is responsible for new member recruiting and training, the BGA business plan and budget, and the delivery of services to BGA Member Firms.

Mr. O’Connor also serves on the adjunct faculty at the Duquesne University School of Law. He has also lectured at Robert Morris University on the topic of business law. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and he was selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for 2005 (Philadelphia Magazine). Mr. O’Connor is a 1983 graduate of Duquesne University Law School. He earned his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Duquesne University in 1980.
