Gary A. Pfundt is a Managing Director of Value Defined Middle Market, LLC in Toledo, Ohio. Mr. Pfundt served as Partner of Tebay Mosley Associates, LLC, where he was involved in management consulting services, business valuations, litigation support, M&A and tax preparation. From 1994 to 1995, he was a Controller for Busch, Inc. and was responsible for all aspects of the accounting system including accounts payable and accounts receivable, depreciation schedules, account reconciliation, correspondence with taxing agencies, investment decisions, loan approval, financial forecasts and internal financial statements. From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Pfundt worked for Short Freight Lines, Inc. as an accountant in charge of billing and accounts receivable functions along with payroll, monthly financial statements and preparation of fuel tax returns.

Mr. Pfundt holds a BS in Accounting from Saginaw Valley State University, and has also completed a variety of post-graduate and continuing education courses. He is a CPA and a CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst). Mr. Pfundt is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accounts, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and the Toledo Estate Planning Council, Inc. He resides in Toledo, Ohio.
