Xi Su
VP of Technical Operations, US China Business Solutions

Mr. Su, PhD & MBA, is VP of Technical Operations of USCBS in Washington, DC. He manages the technical aspects of all client opportunities; serves as liaison between client and factory for automotive, tooling, metal parts and special markets projects. Mr. Su brings his strong technical background and extensive management skills to USCBS.

He received a MBA degree in Management of Science, Technology & Innovation at The George Washington University in Washington, DC, a PhD of Engineering degree in Materials Science & a MS of Engineering degree in Metallurgy at Central Iron & Steel Research Institute in Beijing, China, and a BS of Engineering degree in Casting at Northeastern University in Shenyang, China.

During his MBA study at The George Washington University School of Business, Mr. Su participated in 2004 GW/KPMG MBA Case Competition and won the first place with his team representing the university. He also worked 1 year as Business Development Manager for USCBS. Prior to his MBA study, he worked for 6 years in Strategic Planning, Project Management, and R&D for Central Iron & Steel Research Institute, a leading technology company in China.
