Jay has more than 17 years of professional experience, having worked in the Oil, Chemical, and Financial industries (Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch), and in an international organization in South East Asia. Jay has held senior management, vendor relationship, and outsourcing responsibilities, and has implemented procurement, maintenance systems, and processes, including negotiating milti-million dollar outsourcing contracts. Jay is a Chartered Financial Analyst, an MBA (finance) candidate at Rutgers, and has earned an MS degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jay is also a member of the National Association of Purchasing Managers.
